Olivia is a Client Success Associate with nearly three years of experience in technology sales, client relationship management, and customer enablement. She has experience with helping organizations optimize their business processes and improve customer satisfaction.

Prior to joining Maestro, Olivia was a Sales Development Representative at Oracle, where she generated new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and strategic partnerships. She maintained accurate CRM records and collaborated closely with sales managers to meet and exceed key performance indicators, ensuring a robust sales pipeline and streamlined processes. Prior to that, Olivia was a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual, where she honed her outreach and client management skills.
Olivia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Marketing (double major) from Saint Anselm College, where she contributed to campus leadership as the Senior Class Gift Committee and Annual Giving Chair.

She currently lives in Boston, MA and enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants and staying active with workouts.
